Finally got around to uploading this. Was just listening to "Personal Jesus" so I put it in the title..
This is Tourniquet, and I made him a port out of this art a LOOOONG while back. Never uploaded this, though. I was too lazy to finish it until now. I tend to let stuff just... sit here almost done, and never upload it, but I liked this one too much to just let sit forever.
Anyhow, art is mine,

I like the concept.
The shading is really soft, though, which looks odd against the harsh lighting of the background. The background looks as if the lighting is a spotlight, but the shading on the character makes it look like just a fill--or softer--light.
The background also looks as if it could be a default photoshop texture. Though it doesn't necessarily looks -bad-, I think it takes away from the picture a bit. I might suggest trying to use just some flat color (or a variety of colors) as contrast against the lights and darks in the foreground. It will give it more depth, as well.
